housing

So I was looking at the sorority expansion plan and noticed that after all the houses would be complete, there are 4 open lots that say TBD on them. Does this mean that the school would get these properties or would they be given to sororities to colonize? (SK, Tri Sig, AZD, etc)

It depends. At this point it just indicates options for existing houses when they rebuild, but if, in the future, panhel decides to invite a sorority to colonize, those spaces will still be there for a new sorority to choose from.

Alabama is open to another sorority colonizing, but so far none have committed. SDT might return to the row...who knows.

We're getting a new chapter anytime soon.

Sigma Kappa is recolonizing at Oregon and Indiana this fall. Indiana is going to be a huge undertaking for them because of the costs of a new house.

AXiD is colonizing at South Carolina and UCLA next year, which is going to take a lot of their time and resources.

Tri Sigma isn't strong in the South and doesn't have a good track record at big Greek schools. The Mizzou and UNC chapters are struggling to stay afloat and the UVA chapter is being reorganized because their numbers were so small.
