spring tea invites

I'm from in state and I got a few invites from some sororities (mainly new row) and hardly any from old row. But should I be concerned if I don't receive one? Like does that mean those sororities aren't interested at all and I have no chance with them? Or does it just mean they simply didn't have enough room/invites
