Every house has a different recruitment process. Unless you are in that house, you are not able to know that process. I know my house as well as others are currently having recruitment workshops go practice for the fall, but what goes on is private. However I can guarantee you that no one is selecting their bid list right now. Yes, we will be looking at girls that we like but that doesn't mean that they are guaranteed a bid.
