I transfer from Minnesota. Do i still have a chance to get into a top house as a sophomore, also my GPA is 3.7...

Maybe.
Do you know anyone in the top houses?
If all the houses have great women, why worry about "top houses?" Are you going to drop out if the "top houses" don't invite you back?
My advice would be to keep an open mind. You may find you're most comfortable in a "bottom house" - which, frankly, has the same type of women as a "top house."
