dues?
by: be real with meConsidering rushing and I'm wondering what dues are like for different chapters... Are dues lower for houses that are considered "lower tier"? Can anyone give me dollar figures? There are brochures online with dollar amounts for each sorority but they're from 2 or 3 years ago.

lower tier houses don't necessarily have lower dues. Low I'd say around $3500 and top going $4500+ depending if the house is brand new. Everyone except for Pi Phi and Chi O, so far, are getting brand new houses. Everyone's dues will reflect the cost of the new buildings/renovations.

When you completely gut the house to the studs and add about 10000 new square feet, I'd say it's a new house.
