rush as a sophomore?
by: pnmI decided not to rush my freshman year because I wasn't sure Greek Life was for me, but after a semester here at UA i decided it's definitely something i want to be a part of but i'm nervous about how my chances will be affected since i will be rushing as a sophomore. I have a 3.7 gpa what are my chances of getting into a decent house?

You have a very good chance. Keep your grades up - the higher the better. Pick out something interesting to get involved with, and talk to everyone you meet. You'll have a better chance if you know some people in the various houses.
Don't decide that you'll "only take bids from these 6 sororities" or some such nonsense. Stay open to any group. After all, the sororities do more of the choosing than the PNMs. Whichever group you pledge, throw yourself into it and enjoy the experience!
