advice for pnms

As a senior in high school, I spent way too much time reading this site. I came in as a in-house legacy to a sorority that is consistently top ranked on this site. I had above a 4.0 and a lengthy resume. During rush week, I was dropped by every single house I thought I wanted to be in. I ended up accepting a bid to a "lower-tier" sorority & finally realized it honestly does not matter what sorority you are in here. With over 100 girls in a pledge class, sororities at Alabama have every type of girl. The reputations posted on this website are usually biased generalizations & don't even represent half the girls in the sorority. I've met amazing girls in each sorority, there is not even one that I don't like! The Alabama greek system is one of the best in the nation and if you go in with an open mind, the recruitment process will put you in the right house.
