Tri delt is not on top...They're good, but they're not level with Phi Mu or AXO.

I really do NOT see why Alpha Chi is always on top of rankings. They haven't been previous to this year, so it has to be their new house. Because otherwise, all they really have going for them is the grades. They're not the most philanthropic, their girls are sweet and pretty but utterly forgettable, and they're constantly self-ranking.
