how time consuming is a fraternity?

by: pledging

Do people with difficult majors (premed, engineering, etc) still have enough time to study? Or does the fraternity demand all your time? I know pledgeship will be tough but thats when Ill be taking my easiest classes so Im not too worried about that.

No. Plenty of time to study if you have any concept of time management

Pledgeship and the first semester in a fraternity are very time consuming so it's good you're taking your easiest classes. Really focus on taking gen ed classes then. Once you are initiated it is much easier to manage time. I know many premed and a couple engineering guys in fraternities and they all do fine and have more than enough time to study.
