chapter

From what I've heard, chapter is on Wednesday evenings. If I end up receiving a bid, will I be penalized for missing chapters on Wednesdays because I have class until 6 PM?

You can get excuses otherwise you'll be fined. More importantly though you're going to miss everything.

Is it the same for fraternities? I have a class Wednesday night. What time is chapter usually? Are you not exempt because of your class

will not be going to chapter meetings. Once initiated, you can get excused from chapter for class attendance.

Different sororities have different chapter times. For example, mine don't start until a later time after 6. I've heard some sororities have chapter meetings on Sundays as well.I would not worry about it until you start pledging.
