Letting in qualified black males this year? I'm from a wealthy area in georgia and I want to rush in the fall, don't really care if I'm in old row or whatever I just want a decent fraternity. Any chance?

I wouldn't get your hopes up for even a top new row house. A mid-lower tier new row house will probably be your best bet

First of all you should be more concerned with getting in any fraternity--not just a "decent" one as you put it--and I'm not saying that because you're black, I'm saying that because NO guy is guaranteed a bid. Honestly, your best shot is going to be somewhere like Sigma Pi, Delta Sig, Sig Ep, or Sigma Tau Gamma. I hope you find somewhere you like.
