are definitely top 3 new row. OX is still number one, but they're better than Pike, SX, and Beta, and a tossup with DX.

I would go PIKE over Pi Kapp

Nicer guys. There are some real tools in Pi kapp

Most of my house thinks they are rude to girls. Parties are kind of lame.

big one is that they tout they're one of the oldest New Row houses and that they USED to be Old Row

These guys are not PIKE, This Ladys opinion they are sooo not top of new Row.
I Prefer Sigma Chi and PIKE over all of above.

They're below OX, SX, and Pike on new row. Their house isn't all that great, and its the furthest from any important part of campus. Not that it matters much if you have a car, but foot traffic is limited at best.

There are a few cool guys in your house and maybe you are one of them. Overall you are not nice to girls hence your parties tend to suck cuz no one wants to be invited somewhere and be ignored. Hence why we like to go to the other houses listed above. Truth hurts sometimes.
