Attended a couple rush events at delta chi and they seem chill. Any thoughts on them? Should I check out more houses besides them or are they a good house?

Getting their house back after renovations, good parties, decent guys. Still go around and check out your options you never know where you'll for in best

If you like them, go with them. It should be about who you like and fit in with and not what everyone else thinks about them. There is truly not one fraternity on campus that everyone loves so take everything you hear on here and from other people with a grain of salt and choose who you like.

Good house, one of the top new row houses so def. worth a shot if you like them but I would also check some other houses out in case you don't get a bid or you like another house better!

They are a good new row house. If you like them, that's great. But like the other responses say, check out all of your options.
