my personnel faves are

1. snu
2. theta chi
3. sae
4. dke
5. pi kapp (mostly cause i have lots of friends in there, i know they're not "good")

id say top 5 in general are dke, sae, ka, snu, and phi gam

im a girl btw

OX is top 5 (probably top 3), Phi Gsm is 8 being really generous (10 being realistic), and while Pi Kapp aren't top 5, they're still around 6 or 7, and certainly not "not good", probably top of the upper-mid tier with DX.

I don't know much about many of the new row fraternities, (for all I know they could be the coolest group of guys out there) nor am I a student at UA, but I would say: 1/2) ∆KE- popularity (not so much being liked by everyone)
1/2) SAE- solid popularity and reputation
3) Sigma Nu- popular and well-liked by most
4) Phi-Delt
5) Phi-gam
