sigma nu? what they like and expectations?

I'm a rushee and considering sigma nu vs phi delt. I'm trying to balance my options equally but I want to know what everyone thinks about sigma nu on campus and if they have fun parties? What's their reputation compared to the phis? Help

Sigma Nu is a B+. Phi Delts are a C-. Both have good parties, Sigma Nu parties are bigger and more legit.
