I am from texas and i go to a wealthy public school in san antonio (alamo heights). I am really interested in jointing a frat (old row) but I don't have very many connections. What frats old row frats take texas students?

You gave us a lot of information that'll make it easier for us to identify you when you rush, which isn't wise in general, but especially since you used "frat." In the future, always say "fraternity." "Frat" has a negative connotation and sounds less honorable, thus almost insulting.
