old-row walk on?

what are the chances that I could attend rush parties in the fall at certain old row houses (specifically KA) and recieve a bid?

KA will have half their pledge class by the end of May and will be just about through rushing by like Aug.1st. Go to spring rush parties and at the latest June rush events at the old row houses. DKE, SAE, and EN also will be filled if you don't get on it.

Don't just rely on one house. Rush 2,3 or 4. That way you won't be left holding the sack if things don't work out at you top choice.

But if I dont know anyone, how will I get invited to rush parties in summer?

You could start by contacting the rush chairs.
