No way in hell old row is the top 6 houses. OX should be top 4, Phi Gam is barely top 10 and Phi Delt isn't top 10.

Why is everyone afraid to say that neither DKE nor SAE acted like a top house in our years here. EN over 4 years and KA over last 2 are WAY more respectable. OX is in top 3 every year. DX and Pi Kapp are hot. Beta and ZBT are GREAT. Those that fail to recognize these facts are combination of blind and close minded

Sigma Nu is a very good house. I would put them above KA honestly. Phi Delt isn't top 15. The only things they have are Old Row and backing. And at that, they don't even pull their weight. Not even having a brother being SGA president can help them. Phi Gam hasn't been on their game at all. All of this while New Row is becoming more prominent. Wonder how Old Row will take integration??? Probably not

Phi Delt has had a solid and good pledge class in a row, they aren't top 10, but they're top 15. Old Row has had problems beyond just those houses. Before this year SAE had maybe 4 average-marginal pledge classes in a row, KA was getting 10-15 goober legacies per pledge class, and Sigma Nu had good guys but a fairly weak social presence. All 3 turned it around quite a bit this year while DKE is two years into what appears to be a tail slide. Old row's problems a systemic, and they've hit even the houses that were considered invincible like SAE and DKE.
