The program grants all members the same rights and privileges from day one, which is contrary to the idea of a two-tiered, pledging model. Because we recruit the best men year-round, we can grant them full responsibility as soon as they accept the invitation of membership.

To pledge sig ep you literally fill out a form online and you're a member, not a pledge, a member. It's weird
