Everyone else is just trying to break into these frats ranks

Certainly. A fraternity that allows for that kind of individuals in their house is not fit for any level of recognition or presence. This is what happens when you don’t have an actual pledging process and everybody becomes members after getting bids. You can’t weed out and drop the weird / creepy kids and ensure you don’t have high risk individuals, especially with all of the drinking that goes on. It’s embarrassing to the other Greek Organizations here. This is not a chirp whatsoever.

Hey, DChi has been alright every time I’ve talked to them. Don’t know if they’re “on the cusp” of being a “top house” but they at least have cool dudes. Couple weird ones too tho.
