frats: rising/slipping/same

Pike - Slipping: Pike peaked a couple years ago only due to SAE probation. Last years pledge class was good indicator that they are slipping and settling back into 3rd or 4th.

Sigma Chi - Same: This house knows how to recruit and consistently does a great job getting the largest pledge class.

Sig Ep - Slipping/Same: Not sure how they will be going dry but they always get a good pledge class and this is the house the top sororities still want to hang with.

SAE - Rising: Great recruitment after probation last year and expecting another great recruitment again this year. They are strong nationally and will be making their way back on top.

Phi Psi - Rising: Used to be more like 7/8 but this house has really improved. Good group of guys that have a strong brotherhood and a good time.

Fiji - Slipping: Not sure what has happened to them the last couple of years. Need to step it up during recruitment this year.

SNU - Same: Good guys that do not care about ranks and have strong brotherhood.

DChi - Slipping: Do not hear much about them anymore.

Lodge - Rising: Great brotherhood and have been doing well with recruitment.

Delt - Rising: This house is always active and up for a good time.

Beta - Same: Heard they have good brotherhood and a lot of smart guys.

ADPhi - Same: Trying to be relevant but have a ways to go.
