TOP
APhi: The pretty girls, the "prettier than you" girls, some are super nice and cool, others are just there because they're pretty.
Kappa: Also the pretty girls, but pretty girls that can hold a conversation with anyone and come off as cool and fun.

(A not so huge drop)
MIDDLE TOP
Pi Phi: Some are cool as hell, smart, motivated and fun, others just came completely out of left field and you wonder how any house let them in.
DG: Known as the biggest social climbers with a poor sisterhood and generally unwelcoming environment for new members.

(A not so huge drop)
MIDDLE
AXO/AOPi/Chi O/GPhi: There's not a ton of difference here. This is basically one tier on it's own, and they're all really good houses to be in from an outsider perspective. These are the sweet girls, the kind girls, the ones that place a lot of emphasis on friendship and sisterhood, etc. No one really has anything bad to say about them like the tier above or below.

(A huge drop)
BOTTOM
Phi Mu: They're new, and with being new comes growing pains. They're still a pretty random mix, haven't had enough time to grow into an identity like Chi O has. Also considered kind and sweet, but maybe don't have as much going for them as the houses above.
Theta: Long considered the bottomest of the bottom tier, they've been doing better as of late. Nice girls, but maybe not the most social and definitely have some issues getting members and fulfilling quota in recruitment.
AGD: An uncomfortable and random mix of girls that didn't get bids to other houses. Can't recruit and make for a really uncomfortable conversation in any scenario.

Lol this is so funny yet so true. Happy to be a "middle" tier (:
