informal recruitment work

Nope! It's essentially an open invitation for any women that are interested to come take part in recruitment events! Information on which chapters will be participating comes out in December/January on the BeGreek website and depends on the numbers of that house at that time. Recruitment events take place at the end of January/February and are usually comprised of 3-5 informal events designed for the women of that house to get to know you better. It's less like an interview and more like hanging out. Anyone who's interested is invited to participate. You may make something crafty, do an activity, get a house tour, eat together etc. At the end of the events you'll receive some sort of communication if you were given a bid.
