Phi Mu's class was tiny. Around quota though. Probably will still have to do informal to get to total.

Just because they're at quota doesn't mean they're at total. They were a smaller chapter to begin with because it's hard to get and retain 160 girls in one go. Plus, you can't make any assumptions now about informal. Every single one of any chapter's pledges could drop or none of them could. I'd say it's more than likely they'll do informal, but you can't definitively say they won't be.
