Just saw some of the new Chi O chicks, their cuter then the Agd chicks. Smaller class but they’re hot

They’re not putting the whole class on Instagram or TikTok. In fact 1/2 those girls don’t go to sdsu. I’m sure they’re great but they will be at the bottom for a while.
Also, their class is huge. They took 200+ girls who couldn’t get into other srats

Chi O will do just fine and is above AGD already. the world moves fast, this is not my opinion, but what I hear from frats too

I don’t disagree that they have passed AGD, but they’re nowhere near theta or anyone else. AGD will close, a bottom house will get their house, and ChiO will be the new bottom. Maybe by 2027

Once the newness wears off they will struggle. They elevated theta a bit but seeing them around confirms they need to spend some time building before they matter
