Farmhouse got kicked off campus and their national re owed their charter. There was a ton of pressure on pledges to drink and to party instead of study. An honors student died from ETOH poisoning fall 2021.
Kappa Delta bought the house & totally refurbished it. They had outgrown the ir old house. I'm happy for them!
I liked KDs in recruitment and I have friends in that chapter. Great girls!

They still have plans to continue to update the inside so they are probably just waiting till everything is finished to show off the interior
