TRANSFER Do you have to be in Greek life at UK

I’m thinking about transferring to UK and despite being in a sorority at my current school I dropped a month ago . I don’t know anyone who goes to UK so that’s why I’m asking here for a somewhat answer. Do you have to be in Greek life to be able to go to parties have friends etc. not sure how to word it but is it like how at other big southernish schools if you aren’t in Greek life you are basically a loser
