new sorority rising

i think we can all agree after yesterday's bid day that gphi has passed agd and kappa. they've pulled normal girls and went over quota. good job, love seeing new sororities making strides in the ranks.

can't find any arguments here. esp with word of agd already promoting cob. does anyone know if they met quota?
