Of course the criteria for these rankings is subjective and superficial, but ALL things considered, I suggest 1 change. Phi Mu should definitely be above DG. Their retention rate is better. Other than that, this looks ok.

I think this is funny that tri delt isn’t top when they are the only sorority not doing informal because the girls actually like being in the sorority and didn’t drop out.

Girls dropping isn’t the only reason to do COB. I know ADPi had a lot of girls graduate early. So did Chi O. The top sororities only have a couple of spots open. Tri Delt has taken spring new members every year. That is no secret. Theta is also taking new members this spring. It’s been a weird year for every sorority.
