Why does Kappa hate Gamma Phi so much?

I was just wondering why Kappa hate Gamma Phi so much? I know Gamma Phi is on a stellar come up and much better than Kappa, but why’s that make them so mad? My prediction is Gamma Phi will be middle tier next semester and that’s why Kappa is mad
