KA beat up a PNM again?

One of my friends said they saw a KA beat up a PNM outside of one dsig's houses...sad part is this isn't the first time they have done this...why hasn't this frat gotten the axe yet??? As a member of a fraternity on UK's campus i'm embarrassed. This makes all the frats look bad.
