Recruitment Advice 2020

Since PNMs rely on this site, here’s some advice because of virtual recruitment
1) Obviously make your socials public because it’s everyone’s first impression of you
2) That being said- clean up your social media’s but make sure they accurately portray you
3) LETTERS OF REC usually aren’t a huge deal/overlooked at UK but they will help you SO much this year
4) Don’t be afraid to message girls from different chapters asking them good places in Lex to get your nails or hair done, good places to eat, etc. to get your name to stand out during recruitment!
5) Try to have a cute background and good lighting for zoom!
These are all just recommendations and keep in mind that this is a first for us too. Every chapter recruits differently, but now adding in the virtual factor things are gonna get shaken up
