Forgettable Chapters

A list of 5 fraternities and 5 sororities that are forgettable on campus. Not a statement on how good the chapters are. More of a statement of a general lack of a major presence on campus, the natural reservation of their members, and their unwillingness to pair with other chapters for events.

Sororities
1. DG- very forgettable after rush. Decent chapter just don’t have any big events and aren’t super heavy in philanthropy
2. AXO- still a newer chapter that doesn’t have any big philanthropy and doesn’t have the name recognition. Sick house tho
3. AGD- honestly know very little about the chapter. Seem to do their own thing and not sure if they really have any events. Don’t seem to care much about ranks or being a top chapter. Also feels like their house has been under renovation for 5 years.
4. Kappa- Built a big house but consistently pair with lower tier fraternities.
5. Tri Delt- I wanted to include one good chapter. Just seems like the other top chapters have a much higher presence on campus. Peaked about 5 years ago and it’s been a quick decline since then. Maybe the renovation to the house will help.

Fraternities
1. Fiji- seem to be stuck in their own little space. Not a bad chapter but have little recognition on campus and don’t associate with other chapters. Not good enough to pair with upper mid/top chapters but too good to pair with anything lower.
2. Sigma Pi- genuinely know nothing about the chapter. Some of the other lower tier chapters at least make headlines for some kind of news whether it’s good or bad but this chapter seems to be almost completely forgotten about.
3. Kappa Sig- talked a lot about on this website and that’s about it. For sure won’t see them at any philanthropy events or in class so unless you see them at the hookah bar or your plug’s house it’s kinda easy to forget them
4. Phi Sig- another chapter that seems to do their own thing. Can’t remember them ever hosting an event or pairing with a decent chapter for a date party.
5. Theta Chi- A pretty good chapter but they seem kinda cliquey. Have their groupies and that’s about it. Rarely pair for events and rarely branch away from Chi O. Good chapter but are honestly easily forgettable.
