Think of what happens in the chapters during Recruitment as SELECTIONS, not "cutting." A subliminal factor that works in this process is, "Will she fit in here?" It's not a judgement on a PNM, it's an evaluation of the chapter itself as well as of each PNM. Yeah, mistakes get made - it really is a "rushed" process, but trust the process and as mentioned in other posts, if you really aren't "clear" in your thinking COB is an excellent option as is Gamma Phi, which is a great national.
