by: pnmdoes not having social media put you at a disadvantage? I have facebook, but deleted my insta and twitter a couple months ago. Will this hurt me during rush since that's typically how the girls learn about pnms?

if that's how they're looking at you, you probably don't want to be there anyways, just sayin'.
in cob it makes more sense to look at social media, but they should still have members meet with you so that they can see what you're like in person, besides i doubt anyone is still doing cob this late in the sesmter anymore
but in regular recruitment, they should look at you application and their conversations with you
