Between top and middle: D Sig, Sig nu, Beta
Middle: Kappa sig, Fiji
lower: KA, farmhouse, pike(rising), phi tau
Super low: sig pi
Not yet clear but low for now: phi delt, phi sig
Frats not mentioned are low or super low

Theta Chi is NOT top Tier, Sig Nu is too high. Beta FIJI and Sig Nu are about all the same

top tier is pretty accurate the only thing I would change would be switching sigma nu and kappa sig

ato and theta chi should be with d sig no where near top but on the rise. otherwise looks good.
