I always see them as "top" in these rankings but I've never actually heard anything about them.

You cannot go by the rankings on this website. They are self ranking and it is obvious. Theta isn't even ranked in the top three for academics. If you would like to see who Theta is, then ask about the Greek Sing letter and their formal. That will give you a true picture of Theta.
