Okay, This has to be said: Beta, d sig, and kappa sig are just the rejects/ leftovers from the top tiers let's not kid ourselves. Delt, Sae, Sig chi, Theta chi, and ato are all substantially better, there is no comparison

DSig is good, beta is just nerds and kappa sig isn't as good as either of the two

if we're going like this then ATO and theta chi are SAE, Sigma Chi, and Delt rejects

I would honestly put sigma chi on the same level as ATO and theta chi theres nothing special about sig chi anymore but they are still near the top
