those are all the somehwat relevant frats at least

I agree that theta chi isnt quite as good as SAE/sig chi/ felt but they're up there

okay sounds like someone had a bad experience with theta chi lol they are for sure top tier. maybe in years past they were upper middle but this year they are definitely on the same level as ato and delt. The difference is KD is barely middle tier trying to convince people they are top. It's not "unbelievable" that a frat that was pushing top last year finally made the jump
