Iota Gamma Upsilon - ΙΓΥ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.5 I'm not into Greek life at all, but a lot of my good friends at UMass happen to be IGU sisters. They're almost always chill, smart, and work hard, but also know how to have a good time with people. I know the vibe IGU has going on is different from stereotypical sororities, but that's what I enjoy about its members.

I'm not into Greek life at all, but a lot of my good friends at UMass happen to be IGU sisters. They're almost always chill, smart, and work hard, but also know how to have a good time with people. Iota Gamma Upsilon - ΙΓΥ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.7 the truth: like every sorority, there are a few bad eggs who start drama and talk behind sisters backs, but there are also a ton of super sweet and genuine girls who truly care for one another. the newer pledge classes are nothing like the older ones (which were responsible for most of the drama), and are great girls with tons of great qualities. get to know people in an organization before making judgments!
