how did cob already happen? i wanted to take apart of this now i'm disappointed if they've already done it :(

COB stands for Continuous Open Bidding
In other words, there doesn't have to be a formal process to the whole thing, just that they can give out bids as they see fit as long as Panhellenic knows about it. :)
As to whether DG is doing that right now or not, I haven't a clue.
