Addressing the misinformation

Cease and Desist Notice

To the members of the Greek community and all visitors of Greek Rank,

Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity has become aware of a growing amount of misinformation, defamatory statements, and baseless rumors being spread about our chapter on this site. We want to make it explicitly clear that we will no longer tolerate any false narratives or harmful content directed toward our members.

We would like to address specific false claims:

• We have never called the cops on Pike or any other fraternity.
• We do not send our pledges naked to Ralph’s or anywhere else.
• We do not participate in or condone any kind of “elephant walk” or similar degrading hazing activities.

These rumors are not only untrue, but they are also damaging to the reputation of our chapter and go against the values of our fraternity. Effective immediately, we are issuing a formal cease and desist notice to anyone participating in the spread of misinformation or defamatory statements about Lambda Chi Alpha.

Please understand that these actions have serious consequences. If this behavior continues, we will not hesitate to pursue legal action. Those responsible for spreading false information will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for defamation and any other applicable violations.

We are committed to upholding the integrity of our chapter and the values we represent. Let this serve as a final warning—any continued attempts to damage our reputation will be met with immediate legal recourse.
