top: kappa kappa gamma
this is controversial, but i’ll tell you why. aphi and pi phi contribute NOTHING to the panhellenic community. they don’t care about being involved in the panhellenic community and favor maintaining their frat connections over supporting women. everyone in panhellenic loves kappa because not only are they super supportive to all of their panhellenic sisters, but they have a really impressive philanthropy. kappas are top because they’re genuine people and still party with the top houses.

mid-top: aphi/DG/pi phi
everyone can argue about which of these houses is higher, but they’re all the same at the end of the day. all these chapters have large philanthropy events and party with the best frats. these chapters do massive scouting before recruitment to find the pnm’s that they want in their chapter. most girls are dropped going into sisterhood/pref night.

it’s also important to add that alpha phi and pi phi have the LOWEST RETAINMENT RATE for their members. most people leave these chapters by their 3/4 years because the members hate their experiences. they have the largest new member classes every year because they have more spots to fill within their chapters.

lower-top: SK
these girls are still at the top and party with popular frats, but they’re honestly ghosts in the panhellenic community and you never really see them.

mid: chi o, axo, theta
the definition of work hard play hard. these girlies are continually scoring the highest gpa’s in the panhellenic community and have connected sisterhoods. chi omega is definitely the strongest chapter out of these 3 and parties with higher frats. people might argue and say that theta has fallen, but their two past new member classes have been smoke shows and are looking promising for recruitment this year.

lower mid: aoii, tri delt
these chapters have really hard times recruitmenting members and unfortunately don’t have the sisterhoods that other chapters have maintained.
