Thoughts on the frats?

I am a freshman trying to rush, because Rush is only 1 week I don't really have time to check out all the frats unfortunately. Can anyone in a sorority give me their opinions on these frats that I'm looking at?

FIJI, SAE, Kappa Sigma, Phi Delt, TKE, Lambda Chi

I would recommend all of these except SAE.
