What sororities will be doing COB? Fall COB or Winter

People here are saying most sororities are going to do COB, but I wanted to ask which ones do you guys think are because I am not rushing formal again next year. I dropped pref night so its ok for me to rush COB.

I think every sorority will be doing cob since everyone got a smaller class than usual years. DM the sorority accounts about it but the sororities that did cob last year were everyone but kappa dg and sk.

how do they reject people but still get a smaller class? is it bc they weren't feeling the people they rejected?

phc tries to make all the new classes to be around the same size so with the smaller amount of girls rushing this year, the classes are therefore smaller
