I know virtual recruitment made it tough on all the chapters and everyone will have to do informal most likely, but it looks like the mid tier chapters did pretty well.

Mid tier chaps did better at recruiting than top tier....and their retention is always better. Just look at that girl who dropped kappa and went axo....speaks volumes about if ranks or tiers rlly matter
