Same as if you were a freshman. A ton of transfers rush at UCSD so we actually have a separate upperclassmen quota. So you technically don't compete with freshman and sophomores for spots. I was actually a transfer too! Good luck! Oh I would recommend keeping an open mind and forming your own decisions on the chapters. Don't read the garbage on this website. Every chapter has something great to offer, you just need to find the right girls for your values/personality. :)
