They were top tier in 2017-2020 now they have less then 40 members 3 different lawsuits and are about to get kicked off. You might get one or 2 parties a semester and a mid formal because their budget is low. But hey tri delt like them so that’s a plus.

3 years ago were top on campus now they can’t get more then 7 pledges. Older guys don’t pay dues and they use SAE and PKE for their houses because they have none. Falling apart quick but tri delt loves them

Finally got kicked off. The type of people your parents tell you to never hang around. They have good brotherhood but are really disrespectful to women. They used to be top now they are bottom of the barrel. Tri delt still loves them tho.
