Top: SigEp, Pike (both strong pledge classes)
Upper Mid: SAE, PhiDelt (solid pledge classes, but nothing elite)
Lower Mid: Asig, AePi (good pledge classes, just niche chapters)
Bottom: Snu, SigChi (not great pledge classes in terms of quantity/quality)

Pretty accurate list.

SigEp is definitely 1. The order for 5-8 is perfect. Pike, SAE, and PhiDelt could be any order 2-4 but Pike is closer to 4 than they are 2.
