Sigma Chi > ATO: parties and guys, ATO is better only based on size

Delt > TKE: Similar parties and tailgates, Delt has higher quality overall but this will most likely flip in the Spring given fall rush (20 vs. 0)

KSig, PiKapp (2 man PC), and SAE all falling off hard in one way or another, KA (5 already dropped this Fall) is the only one really improving here, but not close to next tier at all

The Fiji decline needs to be studied (3 guys this Fall), SigEp could get out of this bottom tier in the next couple years
